Journaling Prompt - week 4

This week's journaling prompt - List 10 things you wish to have or to accomplish this year. The goal of this action is to just put those wishes and thoughts onto paper, or they'll keep floating in your head and pop up every now and then and that can be distracting. You'll find that you feel much lighter once you've listed them down. What are the things that you wish to have or to do this year? This is by no means saying that you MUST have them or get them done (unless those are your must haves goal), they are just things that you WISH to have or to accomplish, that way it takes out the stress a little. It would be great if you do get what you wish and achieved what you want to do, but it is not mandatory. Treat this exercise like putting up your wishes on a wishing tree.

Some of my 10 things I wish to have and accomplish this year:
~ a new paper cutting machine
~ learn screen printing
~ daily practise of meditation and exercise
~ a meditation retreat for a week

What are yours?
