Tie dye journals, creating, planting and harvesting.

I listed a few new items in my Etsy shop. Mostly tie dye journals. I love playing and experimenting with tie dyes. Always a surprise to see what pattern emerges from the dyeing process. Speaking of which, I've forgotten to announce that over on Etsy, myself and over 50 other Etsy shop owners across New Zealand and Australia have come together to offer items with discount or free shipping for the whole month of February. My shop Mettaville offers 10% off on all items. Enter coupon code "WandarrahsFriend" at checkout. there's still a few days left to enjoy this offer, so better hurry! Also visit the rest of the wonderful shops here.

I've listed this faux leather notebook too. First time in Etsy shop. I've been making these for quite some time but never listed them on Etsy.

Meanwhile, in the studio, I've been making some fabric printed note cards.

And more fabric dyeing. I usually do only a couple of fabric covers at a time.

In the garden...

Harvested the onions and drying them. We have some really good sized onions.

Planted some veggies in the new raised bed. We have sprouting broccoli, lettuces and kale, yes, more kale. I've picked russian kale this time.

Over at the cosmos, the bees are loving them :)

Autumn is arriving soon... how quickly time passes by.
Have a wonderful week!

  2. Thanks Flighty. The onions will last us for a couple of months. There are still a few in the ground as the leaves have not fallen over yet. xx
